CarryHigh accepts Returns if:

1. It's in a limit of 20 days of the day of purchase and the product is in perfect state.

2. It's in a limit of 20 days of the day of purchase and the product has a factory default of any kind.

In any other circumstances the product may not be returned due to the fact that CarryHigh may not be able to resell it.

In case of Refunds: CarryHigh may give you a gift card of the value of the product you returned or return 95% of what you paid. This policy stands by because of transportation expenses.

CarryHigh ships all around Europe and Northern America. We have 12 warehouses in total and the shipping may last from 48 hours to 72 hours.

If the order hasn't arrived before 72 hours, you may call CarryHigh and you'll be refonded 15% of what you paid and the packedge will be arriving soon. If there have been damages to your order along the way and it can not arrive, the refond will be of 80% of what you paid.
